Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registration of one of our HEMA events.
- When registering, you must agree to these terms and conditions.
- Your personal information will only be used for necessary purposes including: registration, documentation, emergency before, during and after the event.
- The use of alcohol in combination with weapons is prohibited. The organization monitors this closely. In case of violation, the organization may decide to exclude you from the event.
- The organization tries to accommodate the specific (dietary) preferences of participants as much as possible. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to meet all requests. In such cases, the organization will contact you.
- Bullying, discrimination, unsportsmanlike, and unsafe behaviour will NOT be tolerated.
- Participants of the event are responsible for their own equipment. The organization cannot be held liable for any damages.
- The event will not provide insurance for the events. the event highly recommend getting a sports insurance that covers full contact martial arts.
- The events are only intended for participants aged 18 and older. There may be asked for identification/passport and there will be no option for a refund during the event.
- The event may be limited and therefor you can expect that you have to show your identification.
- Refunds/cancellations are not possible for events except if stated otherwise. Please contact info@wardragon.nl if you cannot attend the event.
